Sending an order request does not create a contract or take a payment. It lets us know what you would like so we can check availability.

Once we have confirmed your request, we will send a PayPal invoice to the email address you gave us. Your order is confirmed when that invoice has been paid.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown on your invoice before you pay. We may decline or adjust a request if a price has been displayed in error, and we will always tell you first.

Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, shape and finish are natural and part of its character. Photographs are a close guide, but no two pieces are exactly the same.

You can cancel an order request at any time before paying the invoice. After delivery, our Shipping & returns page explains how returns work. This does not affect your statutory rights.
