Shipping & returns

Ray + Tide uses a simple order-request system rather than an online payment page. You add pieces to your bag, send us your order request by email, and we reply with a secure PayPal invoice once we have confirmed everything is available.

Your order is only confirmed once the invoice has been paid.

• Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £45.
• For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown on your PayPal invoice before you pay.
• Orders are usually dispatched within a few working days of payment. Made-to-order pieces may take a little longer and we will let you know.

We are happy to look at sending pieces further afield. Choose ‘Other’ as your country at the order-request stage and we will confirm options and costs on your invoice.

If something is not quite right, you can return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty.

To start a return, email hello@rayandtide.co.uk with your order reference. Once we receive the piece, we will refund you through PayPal.

Every piece is checked before it leaves us, but if anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, please get in touch with a photo and your order reference. We will always do our best to put it right.
